We have received several accolades for not only our client training, but also our customized point-of-view in the marketplace. We have also been recognized for developing creative solutions for learning. As a result, we will provide tailored learning solutions that address the specific challenges and opportunities you are facing.

Our organization's training and management development methodology is embedded in and integrated with our approach to performance improvement. It enables organizations to receive measurable value from their competency model and learning programs. We use this framework with our clients to identify key impact areas in their learning and leadership programs across the lifecycle of their initiatives.

The CoreAxis team of world-class experts and practitioners has extensive capabilities in instructional design and development. Our training approach is based upon the ADDIE model:

We rapidly build a detailed understanding of the business requirement (and the related behavioral change) that you want to achieve, and then link these to your underlying business objectives. We will validate and incorporate the root cause and training needs analysis and plans you have already completed and also get more detail on the specific needs of the target audience(s). We will develop options for online/web development and evaluation and define a strategy for instructional development and deployment.
There are two parts of the Design phase – the instructional design and the interface or graphic design of the course. The instructional design phase documents specific learning objectives, assessment instruments, exercises, and content. We also begin developing storyboards. We use a PowerPoint based storyboard to document screens, activities, and simulations (including audio and video) in a way that makes it easy for you to see how your program will function and flow. In addition, a graphic designer is creating an interface (graphic look and feel) for the course. Once designs are approved we move into development
For each instructional topic, we apply a formal product development approach to development and testing courseware prior to deployment. Once the ID work and the interface design is approved, we can quickly produce a rapid prototype. Rapid prototyping is useful to show a sample of what the entire program will look like by watching/ experiencing just a few screens; usually a multi-media page, a sample interaction/simulation and a generic content screen. These screens actually work and can provide you with a very clear picture of how the entire project will be being built out.
The Implement phase is the execution of the solution blueprint into the business and brings to play training activities. CoreAxis will work closely with your team members to schedule and run pilot(s) of the courseware. Feedback from the pilot(s) will be consolidated and reviewed with key project stakeholders. Approved changes to courseware will then be implemented and final courseware will be delivered.
The main purpose of the Evaluation phase is to determine the long-term effectiveness of the instructional materials that were created. A secondary purpose is to confirm that the assumptions made about effective instructional design strategies continue to remain valid. CoreAxis Consulting, as part of the courseware development, will create knowledge checks and opportunities for practice within each topic area. In addition to developing interactive exercises and opportunities to apply the concepts and processes addressed in the course, CoreAxis will develop a comprehensive Level 2 Knowledge Test to be completed by program participants at the end of the course.

Test items will be developed based on approved learning objectives for each module in the course. Where appropriate, we recommend the use of different types of questions to test knowledge, including multiple choice, true- false, matching, scenario-based, etc. CoreAxis will partner with SMEs to develop accurate and effective test questions, determine the size of the assessment (number of questions) and the passing score (if applicable).

CoreAxis can also recommend Level 3 Evaluation strategies (such as Subcontractor Surveys based on performance objectives and KPI's (e.g. Program Team metrics and performance indicators for successful subcontract/IOT management to help evaluate participant ability to perform skills on the job.
