Talent Acquisition Project

CoreAxis Consulting was instrumental in leading and managing the pursuit process for a large scale RPO selection and engagement initiative. We led the sales, business requirements, and operational and organizational structure plan for the client. Upon winning the engagement, we managed the implementation, which included the transformation, change management, and new talent strategy of the firm. The new structure enabled the Operational and HR function to gain new efficiencies while increasing their talent pool and retention metrics.

Talent Management Assessment

CoreAxis conducted a talent management assessment to determine potential gaps in current processes and practices. The work included assessment of talent management processes, leadership competency assessment, process redesign and rollout. Outcomes included redesign of the corporate performance management process and a recommendation to build a worldwide leadership development program that included career development, succession planning and coaching.
