Training Program Development and Delivery

CoreAxis supported design of workshops to train the top 100 leaders in a 20,000-person organization on a new finance counseling and governance program. Our subject matter experts co-developed the workshop with top VPs responsible for maintaining new compliance standards. The sessions involved highly interactive dialogue and coaching, with follow-up conversations on independence issues, financial planning, strategy and overall wealth management. Feedback on the workshops was very positive, and viewed as a catalyst for future long-term client acceptance of the programs.

Global Training and Assessment Rollout

CoreAxis provided engagement leadership for a worldwide initiative aiming to train 20,000 associates on Lotus Notes and subsequently assess their skills. The team of 100 training specialists conducted more than 500 assessments of group leaders and staff in seven languages across 30 countries. CoreAxis supported development of training content, job aides and just-in-time online collaboration tools. Our project staff managed all training logistics (registration, confirmation, facilitator assignment) to ensure the overall quality of the engagement. CoreAxis developed a role-specific competency model for customer service, technology, call centers and general administrative roles. We partnered with the company in the assessment process, creating aggregate reports and managing an individual reporting and feedback process. The success of this project led to follow-on work developing e-learning modules for deployment at other clients.

New Leader Program Development

CoreAxis designed, developed, and co-facilitated the national rollout of a new leader program, called "Leaders for Change". We designed the curriculum in partnership with industry thought leaders with expertise in leadership, behavioral tools HR analytics and unique coaching methods. The program increased performance of key leaders and enhanced retention.
