Performance Consultants – Full-Time

Performance Consultants will play one of two roles on a project – Project Lead or primary Project Staff.

The Lead Performance Consultant is the liaison between the CoreAxis project team and our client affiliates. Qualified candidates must have extensive and impressive project management experience. Lead Performance Consultants function as the Project Lead for a client engagement, responsible for managing on-time delivery of the agreed upon scope of work and for quality assurance. Leads are primarily responsible for client stakeholder engagement and management.

Performance Consultants constitute the balance of CoreAxis' engagement project staff. A Performance Consultant will report to a Lead Performance Consultant, who serves as the Project Sponsor. Responsibilities will vary depending upon the focus and scope of a given project.

Qualified Performance Consultants will have strong project management and business consulting experience, as well as relevant functional expertise. Your background can be functionally specific, e.g., Technology or Finance, or broad including General Management. Consultants with meaningful line implementation and development experience are also being sought to staff individual projects and engagements. Ideal candidates will possess integrity and honesty, display directness in their communication style and have the ability to inspire others.

Business Consultants – Affiliates

CoreAxis is seeking additional Business Consultants to join our consulting network. In addition to our full-time staff of experience project managers and project staff, CoreAxis maintains relationships with an extensive network of experienced independent consulting professionals with relevant expertise. In many cases, these consultants work independently or have flexible arrangements with other organizations.

Sales / Business Development Associates

We are seeking entrepreneurial and goal-oriented Sales professionals with a proven track record of selling solutions to large and mid-sized companies. Primary responsibilities for this role include:

  • Extensive prospecting (web-based, telemarketing, networking, etc.) and qualifying key opportunities within territory
  • Generating appointments with influencers and decision makers of target market companies
  • Conducting both phone and face-to-face meetings with key decision makers within our client base.
  • Assisting with Proposal generation and close sales
  • Hitting specific, monthly objectives for new business development
  • Sourcing strategic business consultants and programmers at new and existing clients
  • Establish and maintain effective business relationships with existing vendors, consultants, partners and key decision makers within company strategy
  • Use CRM, Networking and office productivity tools to capture, develop and maintain as well as manage all sales activity and progress

Qualified candidates will have a proven industry track record of delivering a compelling value proposition to decision makers, including demonstrating a company's benefits and features. They will have experience managing the entire sale process, from lead generation through final sale and implementation. Specific experience selling to Human Resources and/or Recruiting organizations and a strong understanding of the sales process within the context of a consulting engagement for HR strategy and performance would be helpful.
