Executive Assessment and Succession Planning

CoreAxis worked with Leadership Development and OD Directors
at a top insurance provider facing human capital and talent
management challenges to develop a new strategic vision for
talent and an executive assessment framework. We designed and
delivered leadership assessment workshops to critical cohorts
in the organization, enabling company executives to identify
key talent gaps in the organization. As a follow on to this
work, we were contracted to implement a succession planning
model follow-on leadership development programs. The work enhanced
leadership capability significantly and assisted the firm in
retaining key high-performing leaders.
Human Resources Outsourcing Strategy Engagement

CoreAxis provided advisory support for a large-scale technology
and outsourcing assessment to enable development of a market-leading
Human Resources Outsourcing solution. We assisted in sizing
the market opportunity and a SWOT analysis, as well as conducting
a technology needs assessment, including a multi-dimensional
build vs. buy decision process (covering G-T-M budget requirements,
revenue opportunities, operational requirements, etc.). We
assisted the company in framing out a clear value proposition
for the Executive Committee and designing a follow-on communications
process, including stakeholder analysis, supporting team communication
and management of the final stakeholder decision making process.
Talent Management Assessment
Global Technology Computer Services & Hardware
Firm
CoreAxis conducted a talent management assessment to determine
potential gaps in current processes and practices. The work
included assessment of talent management processes, leadership
competency assessment, process redesign and roll-out. Outcomes
included redesign of the corporate performance management process
and a recommendation to build a worldwide leadership development
program that included career development, succession planning
and coaching. CoreAxis involve the executive team in all phases
of the project, facilitating collaborative decision making
across all divisional organizations.
Compliance Assessment
International Pharmaceutical Company
CoreAxis led training and change management efforts to enhance
the capabilities of a leading pharmaceutical firm in the areas
of legal and regulatory compliance. The project included overseeing
a risk and compliance survey, interviews with key executives,
development of a risk profile, and recommendations for implementing
changes related to regulatory compliance with external and
internal standards.
Development of Channel Partner Program
for HR Technology Firm
Workforce Management and Human Capital Services Firm
CoreAxis was selected as North America's lead consulting firm
for the design, development and roll-out of a worldwide channel
partner program. We supported the client in developing a vision
and defining required capabilities, assessment of third-party
providers and implementation of new organizational partnerships
with clear business plans. The new organization was designed
to drive over a $100MM + of OEM revenue for the HR technology
services company. The execution of the plan included analysis
of the market (competitive and SWOT analysis and customer segmentation),
development of a strategic plan, defining new roles and responsibilities
and change management.

As a strategic business advisor, CoreAxis was asked to manage multiple engagements
and teams from small to midsized companies within the emerging market space.
The lead consultant's responsibilities included strategy, innovation & management
consulting, advisory and implementation of sales management and reporting processes,
marketing and PR capabilities, including revenue generation and rainmaking services.
While managing multiple clients the company provided consultation, coaching,
recruiting, and important operational activities enabling the portfolio of companies
to scale and grow their businesses. The firm's proprietary action orientated
approach provided the portfolio of leaders, teams, and associates the ability
to develop as individuals and strong business leaders.
